Cookie Policy

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, what cookies we use on the Spawni platform, and what choices you have.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to the site owner. Cookies can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).

Essential Cookies We Use

We use only one cookie, and it is strictly necessary for the platform to function:

Supabase Authentication Session Cookie

  • Purpose: Maintains your login session so you stay authenticated as you use the platform.
  • Type: Essential / strictly necessary.
  • Attributes: httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax.
  • Can it be disabled? No. Disabling this cookie would prevent you from logging in or using the platform.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the platform is used. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly by design:

  • It does not use cookies.
  • It does not collect personal data or personally identifiable information.
  • It does not track users across websites.
  • It is fully GDPR compliant without requiring user consent, because no personal data is processed.

Cookies We Do NOT Use

For complete transparency, here is what we do not do:

  • No advertising or marketing cookies.
  • No third-party tracking cookies.
  • No social media cookies.
  • No cross-site tracking of any kind.
  • No browser fingerprinting.

Because we only use one essential cookie and no tracking cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, or the Australian Privacy Act.

Your Choices

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find cookie controls in your browser's “Settings,” “Privacy,” or “Security” section. Here are links to cookie management instructions for common browsers:

Please note that blocking our essential authentication cookie will prevent you from logging in to the Spawni platform.

Contact

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at legal@spawni.ai.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this page if our cookie usage changes. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (such as analytics cookies or marketing cookies), we will update this policy, add a cookie consent mechanism, and notify you before any new cookies are set.
